Mountain Retreats

Inspired by the past, when most things were created through basic need, these cavern like retreats are moulded from the features of the landscape itself (rocks, ravines, etc) using very thin carbon fibre reiinforced concrete 'blankets', The need for scaffolind or formwork is avoided and the amount of concrete used reduced up to 75% over traditional methods. All 'furniture' elements are moulded in the same 'skin' and asks the visitor to engage and find their own comfort in the curvatures, as cave dwellers would have done millenia ago.
